Where: Zach Johnson Change Lead Leading National Business About Our Client A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and functions.
Job Description Lead the people side of change across business transformation programmes.
Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.
Assess organisational readiness and identify adoption risks.
Design and facilitate workshops, communications and engagement sessions.
Support leaders in driving behavioural and cultural change.
Create training and capability-building approaches to support successful implementation.
Work closely with project managers, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
The Successful Applicant Experience leading change initiatives w An understanding of recognised change management methodologies such Excellent communication and influencing skills.
