Job Description Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Analysts Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial governance across programmes Ensure strong cost control, value for money, and risk management on all projects Manage procurement strategy, supplier performance, and commercial compliance Own programme-level reporting, providing insight to senior stakeholders Partner with Project Managers, Construction teams, Finance, and supply chain leaders Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and frameworks The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: A degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
