Job Description

  • Lead the implementation of organisational design and structural change initiatives from people impact assessment through to embedding.
  • Manage end-to-end people change activities, including restructures, consultations and organisational transitions.
  • Partner with business leaders, People Partners and change teams to deliver organisation effectiveness solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Ensure a positive, fair and consistent colleague experience throughout all change programmes.
  • Develop and execute people-focused change plans to support transformation and operating model changes.
  • Identify and manage people-related risks, dependencies and impacts associated with organisational change.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters relating to change and restructuring activity.
  • Influence and coach senior stakeholders to successfully navigate complex organisational change.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication activities to support successful adoption of new structures and ways of working.
  • Use organisational data and insights to inform decision-making and measure change effectiveness.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion principles throughout all change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Organisation Effectiveness colleagues, HR SMEs and business stakeholders to continuously improve organisational performance and effectiveness.
  • Support workforce planning, organisation design and broader organisational development initiatives where required.
  • Contribute to building organisational readiness and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all change activity is delivered in line with employment legislation, policies and governance requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience delivering complex people change programmes, restructures and organisational transformations.
  • Strong Employee Relations expertise with experience managing consultation processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills.
  • Experience applying change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving and highly regulated environment.
  • Passion for delivering positive people outcomes and sustainable organisational change.
