Overview
In this role you will own the Out of Home strategy for a premium food business, cultivating relationships with hotels, restaurants and coffee shops while driving revenue growth. You’ll create account plans, negotiate commercial terms and partner with internal teams to develop compelling propositions. The position sits at the commercial leadership level, offering autonomy to expand established relationships and uncover new opportunities. This is an entrepreneurial, growth-focused role in a global family-owned company at an exciting stage of development.

Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with Out of Home end users (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops)
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the OOH channel
- Create account plans delivering sustainable revenue and profitable growth
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial partner
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling customer propositions
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage customer investments
- Leverage market, customer and category insights to spot growth opportunities
- Maintain a strong new-business pipeline while growing existing accounts
- Represent the business professionally with senior customer contacts
Key requirements
- Proven National Account Management experience within FMCG, food or beverage
- Strong knowledge of the Out of Home / Foodservice channel
- Experience dealing directly with end-user customers (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops)
- Track record of winning and developing profitable business
- Strong commercial, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to build credible relationships at multiple levels within customers
