The Employment Solicitor will be:
- Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to conclusion
- Working with employers on disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters
- Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal issues
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Delivering training sessions and legal updates to clients

The Employment Solicitor should be:
