Job Description The Development Solicitor will be: Advising major national and regional house builders, landowners and affordable housing providers.

Managing a broad range of residential development transactions from instruction through to completion.

Drafting and negotiating conditional contracts, transfers and option agreements.

Advising clients on rights of pre emption, collaboration agreements and development agreements.

Supporting high value residential development and investment projects.

Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships.

Assisting senior colleagues on complex and strategically important matters.

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and wider team members.

Delivering commercially focused legal advice to an exceptional client base.

Contributing to the continued growth and success of the residential development team.

The Successful Applicant The Development Solicitor should be: A solicitor with approximately 2 to 6 years PQE.

Experienced in residential development, commercial property or real estate work.

Confident managing transactions with appropriate supervision.

Skilled at drafting and negotiating complex property documentation.

Commercially aware with strong client relationship management skills.

A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
