The Corporate Senior Associate will be:

  • Advising on complex M&A and private equity transactions
  • Working on IPOs, public takeovers and cross border deals
  • Managing transactions from inception through to completion
  • Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation
  • Working closely with private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

The Corporate Senior Associate should be:

  • A solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law
  • Experienced in M&A and private equity transactions
  • Comfortable managing complex matters and client relationships
  • Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively within a high performing collaborative team
  • Interested in developing their career within a leading regional law firm

Salary ranging from 85,000 to 95,000. Bonus potential of up to 35%. 25 days of holiday leave. Hybrid working arrangements for improved work-life balance. Private medical cover for health and wellbeing.
