Job Description The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactionsHandling development, investment and corporate occupier workActing for large corporate and institutional clients across the UKManaging transactions from instruction through to completionDrafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentationBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsWorking with colleagues across other specialist practice areasProviding commercially focused legal advice on complex mattersHelping on business development initiatives and client growthMentoring junior lawyers where appropriateThe Successful Applicant The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:A solicitor with ideally 6 years' PQE or aboveExperienced in commercial property law, including development and investment workConfident advising corporate occupier clientsTechnically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skillsCommercially aware with a client focused approachAble to manage a varied caseload independentlyWhat's on OfferSalary ranging from 80,000 to 90,000 per annum.Bonus of up to 30% of annual salary.Generous pension contribution of 5%.25 days of holiday, offering a great work-life balance.Comprehensive health care benefits.
