Job Description:

The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel will be:

  • Leading and developing the in-house legal conveyancing function
  • Advising on multiple residential conveyancing matters - roughly 1000 a year
  • Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
  • Advising on shared ownership, new builds, RTB and RTA, asset disposals and more
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk

The Successful Applicant:

The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
  • Experienced in conveyancing law
  • Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
  • Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
  • Interested in building and shaping a legal function
