Job Description:
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel will be:
- Leading and developing the in-house legal conveyancing function
- Advising on multiple residential conveyancing matters - roughly 1000 a year
- Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
- Advising on shared ownership, new builds, RTB and RTA, asset disposals and more
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk
The Successful Applicant:
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
- Experienced in conveyancing law
- Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
- Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
- Interested in building and shaping a legal function
