Job Description Assist in the planning and execution of due diligence assignments.
Communicate effectively with clients and other internal departments Prepare information request lists.
Cross refers and check disclosed information.
Prepare comprehensive data book analysis based on financial information received.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information and documentation.
Critically evaluate the information received and identify and explain trends and outliers.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of well-structured and concise due diligence reports.
The Successful Applicant Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Experience in corporate finance, or experience in audit with a desire to break in to corporate finance work.
Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and valuations.
Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
