Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should have: A strong background in accounting and finance within the property industry.
