The Business Services team is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) to help drive origination, lead transaction execution and contribute to the continued success of a high-performing advisory platform.
Descripción Your key responsibilities as a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services)Generate and develop deal flow through an established network of senior contacts and intermediaries. Originate and win both buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates. Lead transaction execution and oversee the delivery of high-quality client outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle. Drive business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the Corporate Finance practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, advisers and key market participants. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to maximise commercial opportunities. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of advisory professionals. Contribute to strategic decision-making and support the long-term growth of the M&A business.
A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?ACA, CFA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
Significant M&A advisory experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10, corporate finance boutique, investment bank, private equity or corporate development environment. Proven success in originating and winning buy-side and sell-side mandates.
Strong deal execution experience across the full transaction lifecycle from origination to completion.
Demonstrable experience leading mid-market transactions.
Strong origination capability and an established professional network within the Business Services sector.
Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of leading, mentoring and developing high-calibre teams. Outstanding commercial judgement, communication and strategic thinking skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high professional standards.
