Job Description En tant que Responsable Juridique et rattaché(e) directement au Directeur Général Adjoint, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Assurer la gestion des instances de gouvernance (AG, CA) et accompagner les projets de fusion intragroupe.

Piloter les relations avec les régulateurs européens (France, Belgique, Allemagne, Italie, Espagne) et suivre les mesures de remédiation.

Rédiger, valider et négocier les contrats de prestation de services, financements aux entreprises et opérations de droit financier.

Conseiller sur les projets digitaux, monétiques et le lancement de nouveaux produits bancaires.

Apporter une expertise en Corporate International Banking : Conventions de financement, effets de commerce internationaux et crédits documentaires.

The Successful Applicant Titulaire d'un Bac + 5 minimum en droit, vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans au sein d'un établissement bancaire.

Vous disposez de très solides compétences en droit bancaire.

Votre anglais est opérationnel à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Rigoureux(se), investi(e), autonome, vous êtes polyvalent(e) et recherchez un poste à la fois opérationnel et stratégique.
