Job Description:
- Leading day-to-day internal communications activity
- Creating engaging content across a range of channels
- Managing and developing internal communication platforms
- Supporting engagement, culture and change initiatives
- Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation
- Using feedback and insight to continually improve communications
- Ownership of the strategy
The Successful Applicant: You'll be a confident communicator with strong writing skills and a hands-on approach. We're particularly interested in people who:
- Have experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications
- Enjoy creating and delivering communications themselves
- Are comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Have worked in lean teams or standalone roles where they've had to make things happen
- Are looking for ownership and accountability, rather than people management
- Come with high energy and enthusiasm that will be felt across the team
What's on Offer: Salary between 50,000 and 55,000 dependent on the level of experience. Hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site in Merseyside. Very substantial Employer Pension Contributions AND Fantastic annual leave policy.
