We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to support and develop a complex multi-site infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for maintaining critical IT services, supporting project delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure improvements across cloud, virtualisation, server, and network technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting enterprise infrastructure services across multiple locations
- Delivering infrastructure solutions for business and IT projects
- Managing and optimising Windows Server and VMware environments
- Supporting Azure cloud services and Entra ID
- Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
- Monitoring infrastructure performance and resolving technical issues
- Supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
- Producing technical documentation and contributing to technology roadmaps
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong VMware administration experience
- Solid 3rd line experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services expertise
- Solid networking and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work across both operational support and project environments
