Based in a stunning Surrey location, with easy transport links to Central London and the Southern Home Counties Job Description The Influencer Relations & PR Manager will: Develop and execute integrated influencer and PR strategies across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, and industry partners.

Identify and secure impactful influencer collaborations and media opportunities.

Lead the planning and execution of brand launches, events, and PR activations.

Manage press office activity, including media enquiries and proactive outreach.

Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and competitor activity.

Work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment.

Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Stay ahead of industry trends and developments within the creator economy.

The Successful Applicant The successful The Influencer Relations & PR Manager will have: Track record in PR, influencer marketing, talent relations, or a similar communications role.

Strong network within beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle media and influencer communities.

Proven track record of delivering successful PR and influencer campaigns.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Strong understanding of influencer metrics, social media platforms, and media evaluation tools.

Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.

Creative, commercially minded, and proactive in approach.
