Job DescriptionOversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Facilitate staff training and development programmes to enhance skills and performance.Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a professional manner.Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making and strategy development.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.The Successful Applicant A successful HR Lead should have:Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 50,000, dependent on the level of experience.5 days on siteEligible for Bonus and LTIPs on successful completion of probation.Permanent position within the industrial and manufacturing sector in NorthamptonshireAdditional benefits to be confirmed.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
