Overview

In this interim Finance Business Partner role, you will collaborate closely with the CFO and business-unit stakeholders to drive robust annual budgets, accurate forecasts, and insightful financial analysis. You’ll build and maintain models to back strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs, and guide decisions with a finance-led perspective. You will lead a small team of Finance Business Partners and engage cross-functionally to accelerate value delivery. This role offers meaningful impact, CFO exposure, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting process with business-unit stakeholders to ensure robust plans
  • Run monthly forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic initiatives
  • Deliver analysis on month-end financial and operational results
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights into performance drivers
  • Analyze revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and working capital
  • Manage a team of Finance Business Partners

Key requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience in producing budgets and forecasts at a high level
  • Proven business partnering experience with stakeholder relationships
  • Strong Excel ability
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to start by end of October (or sooner)
