Job Description Lead an international financial reporting team and develop team capability.
Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidations and management reporting.
Improve accounting governance, technical accounting standards and financial controls.
Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and key accounting reviews.
Drive finance transformation, systems improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and business support.
The Successful Applicant Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and financial control background.
Experience within a multi-entity group environment, including consolidation and group reporting.
Strong audit, statutory reporting and balance sheet control experience.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams through change.
Experience operating within a SOX-compliant or SOX-readiness environment is desirable Oracle, regulated environment or international group experience would be advantageous.
