Job Description Oversee the preparation and review of statutory financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the financial accounting team to deliver timely and accurate outputs.

Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Financial Accounting should have: A professional accounting qualification (e. g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.

Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a finance team effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
