Job Description Lead financial planning and analysis to support housing initiatives and projects.
Providing strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Preparing, review, and present detailed financial reports and forecasts.
Ensuring compliance with public sector financial regulations and policies.
Identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements within housing programmes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
Supporting budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis for housing operations.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Business Partnering (Housing) will have: A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e. g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
Proven experience in temporary accomodation.
Strong understanding of housing finance, HRA and related regulations.
Excellent senior communication skills - stakeholder management.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team of four.
