Job Description: The Global Business Development Director is responsible for revenue growth and development of contract logistics activities. You will play a key role in defining and implementing the commercial strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and managing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve contract logistics growth objectives in relation to regions and countries within the FMCG & Healthcare vertical.
  • Identify and prospect new clients and potential markets.
  • Analyse market and competition trends to adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments (solution design, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure an integrated and coherent approach to business development.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a similar position within the contract logistics sector in a multicultural environment.
  • Mastery of sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management techniques.
