The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Manager should have: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a relevant industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modelling and using financial software.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
