Job DescriptionProvide expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.Manage disciplinary and grievance cases, offering guidance to managers and employees throughout the process.Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and recommend appropriate outcomes.Support HR teams with complex employee relations cases and queries.Analyse trends in employee relations to identify areas for improvement.Deliver training sessions to managers on handling employee relations matters effectively.Collaborate with legal teams where necessary to address employment law concerns.The Successful Applicant A successful ER Specialist should have:Strong knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace.Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is beneficial.A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple priorities.Please note: this role will be 5 days per week in the London office. This is a highly collaborative, in-person culture where relationship building and stakeholder engagement are central to success.
