Job Description An Engineering Supervisor - Electrical Key Responsibilities: Supervising planned and reactive maintenance activitiesLeading and supporting a team of engineering staffManaging maintenance schedules and work allocationMaintaining compliance through CAFM systems and statutory inspectionsActing as an Authorised Person and Competent Person where appointedSupporting fault finding, breakdown response, and emergency situationsManaging contractors and service providers on siteDelivering toolbox talks and supporting team developmentEnsuring safe systems of work, permit-to-work processes, and health & safety complianceBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the university estateThe Successful Applicant A successful Engineering Supervisor - Electrical should have:Recognised electrical qualification including 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Electrical Apprenticeship, AM2, or equivalentMinimum three years' relevant electrical engineering experienceIOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualificationProven experience supervising engineering or maintenance teamsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on OfferSalary ranging from 45,000 to 52,500, dependent on the level of experience.Additional benefits package included.Permanent position based in London.If you're interested in this role, apply now.
