With operations spanning multiple manufacturing locations, the organisation continues to invest in technology, operational excellence and engineering capability to support future growth.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of engineering projects across a global manufacturing network.Drive product transfer, NPI, rationalisation and cost optimisation programmes.Establish robust project governance, planning and execution processes.Manage engineering resources, project priorities and capacity planning.Work cross-functionally to align business, operational and engineering objectives.Ensure engineering solutions meet required quality, compliance and regulatory standards.Develop engineering capability and encourage knowledge sharing across the organisation.Support strategic manufacturing programmes that enable growth and improve operational performanceThe Successful ApplicantIdeal Candidate:Proven experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing environment.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.Experience delivering product transfer, NPI or manufacturing transformation projects.Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Stage Gate, Agile or equivalent.A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering governance and quality systems.Experience within regulated manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial.An engineering qualification (HND, Degree or equivalent experience).What's on Offer Excellent salary and benefits - Car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus, flexi benefits
