The Successful Applicant The Private Client Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years' PQE in private client, tax or succession planning matters.
Experienced in advising on trusts, estates, succession and wealth preservation issues.
STEP qualified, working towards STEP qualification, or willing to undertake funded STEP studies.
Technically strong with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Proactive, commercially aware and able to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
