Job Description Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Manage the organisation's cash flow and financial forecasting.

Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring effective performance. Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organisational goals.

Work with external auditors to manage the annual audit process.

The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Financial Projects should have: Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e. g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous but not required.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.

Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
