Overview
In this Senior strategy role, you will help grow a pan-African advisory practice by combining client advisory, business development and project leadership. You will work with African teams and leadership to originate engagements, manage multi-country projects and build senior-level relationships. Your focus is on advising executives and investors on growth challenges, shaping the practice’s presence across Africa and leading diverse teams. This is a senior, impact-focused opportunity to drive regional growth and transformation.

Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives, investors and institutions on strategic and growth challenges across Africa
- Originate and develop high-value consulting engagements
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite, investors, DFIs and public-sector leaders
- Lead complex, multi-country strategy and advisory assignments
- Identify opportunities across African markets and translate them into client engagements
- Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams
- Contribute to growth and positioning of the African practice
Key requirements
- Senior Manager, Director or equivalent from a leading strategy consulting, Big 4 or international advisory firm
- Strong track record across African markets and understanding of the Ghanaian business environment
- First-class consulting credentials with a commercial mindset
- Proven ability to originate, win and lead high-value assignments
- Credible at C-suite level with an established senior network across corporates, investors, DFIs and/or public institutions
- Exposure to agriculture, agribusiness, food systems, investment or development finance (desirable)
- Fluent English; French would be a strong advantage
