Job Description Design and implement innovative transport solutions to optimise logistics operations.

Analyse current transport processes and identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with the business development team to secure new business.

Create compelling tender responses Collaborate with internal teams to align transport strategies with business goals.

Develop and maintain performance metrics to track efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with the project team to implement new contracts and transport initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.

Maintain compliance with all relevant transport and distribution regulations.

Manage relationships with internal transport networks, third-party hauliers and carriers and negotiate contracts.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on transport tenders and contract renegotiations.

The Successful Applicant A successful Transport Solutions Design Manager should have: Proven experience in logistics or transport and distribution sectors.
