Job Description Identify and implement process improvements across logistics operations.

Analyse current operations to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure success.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and results.

Train and support team members on new systems and processes.

Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational challenges.

The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Improvement Manager should have: Proven experience in delivering Lean or Six sigma projects in Logistics.

Strong analytical skills and a track record of implementing process improvements.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

A proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.

Good stakeholder management experience Qualification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies is advantageous Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
