Job Description Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and other compliance activities.
Provide tax advice on international transactions and cross-border activities.
Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensure adherence to regulations.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the organisation's global tax position.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax planning initiatives.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
Support audits and manage relationships with tax authorities as required.
Provide training and guidance to team members on tax-related matters.
The Successful Applicant A successful International Tax Manager should have: A professional qualification in tax or accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
Strong technical knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax issues.
Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
