Where: Leeds Contract type: Permanent Consultant name: Zach Johnson Change Lead Leading National Business About Our Client A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a change professional who thrives on engaging stakeholders, driving adoption, and embedding sustainable improvements within a fast-paced operational environment.

Job Description Lead the people side of change across business transformation programmes.

Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans.

Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.

Assess organisational readiness and identify adoption risks.

Design and facilitate workshops, communications and engagement sessions.

Support leaders in driving behavioural and cultural change.

Create training and capability-building approaches to support successful implementation.

Measure change effectiveness and adoption through agreed KPIs and metrics.

Work closely with project managers, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant Experience leading change initiatives w An understanding of recognised change management methodologies such Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.

Strong facilitation, coaching and workshop delivery skills.

The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Experience supporting technology, process or organisational change programmes.

A collaborative approach and a passion for helping people navigate change successfully.

What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from 50000 to 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
