Job Description Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns.
Provide tax planning advice tailored to individual client needs.
Assist with HMRC enquiries and correspondence.
Identify opportunities for tax savings and relay these to clients.
Support junior team members with technical queries and training.
Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensure clients remain compliant.
Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless service to clients.
The Successful Applicant A successful Personal Tax Senior should have: Strong technical knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance.
Experience managing a portfolio of personal tax clients.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
A professional qualification in accounting or tax (e. g., ATT, CTA, or equivalent).
An organised and detail-oriented approach to meet deadlines effectively.
