Job Description
- Provide expert advice on employment tax matters, ensuring clients meet compliance requirements.
- Manage and deliver a range of employment tax projects from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Review and interpret tax legislation, offering practical solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for additional client support and business growth.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Keep up to date with changes in employment tax regulations and industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong expertise in employment taxes within the professional services industry.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to handle complex tax issues and provide clear advice.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
