Job DescriptionLead the Finance function, managing and developing a small team while ensuring robust, scalable financial processes and controls.Oversee month-end reporting, management accounts, KPI analysis and financial performance reporting for the CEO and Board.Own the business forecasting model, annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, providing insight to support strategic decision-making.Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury, including reporting to shareholders, banks and lenders.Ensure financial compliance, statutory reporting, audit requirements and regulatory obligations are met.Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO and wider leadership team, providing commercial insight to inform business performance and growth.Manage key external relationships and drive continuous improvement across financial systems, processes and the use of AI to enhance efficiency.The Successful ApplicantACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, with strong post-qualification experience.Proven experience leading a finance function within a small or medium-sized business.Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management capabilities.Advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical, organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.Confidence communicating financial information to senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Board.A track record of using AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity and business processes.What's on OfferSalary of 70,000 to 80,000.Hybrid working.A senior leadership role with direct access to the CEO and Board.Professional development and clear career progression.If you're interested in this role, please apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
