The Operation Director / Site Director will be a key player in driving the Engineering & Manufacturing department's success in our FMCG company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to lead all functions of the business, excluding Finance and further develop our team.

Our client is a small-sized organization within the FMCG industry, based in Berkshire. With strong revenue and finance backing and an established reputation for delivering high-quality products, they continue to expand their reach and influence in the marketplace.

A successful Operations Director/ Site Director should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (Food or Beverage Manufacturing)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning abilities
