PageGroup are delighted to support an FMCG business based in Wednesbury with the appointment of a Part Time HR Manager to join a busy site for circa 8 month interim contract. This role can offer hybrid working.
Working closely with the SLT onsite, the role of Part Time HR Manager is a generalist, stand-alone role, taking full responsibility for all HR matters at a busy manufacturing site. You will cover the full people life-cycle from HR Administration tasks through to supporting the SLT with the People strategy and any HR projects/initiatives.
Duties will cover but not limited to:
- HR Administration
- Recruitment
- Employee relations casework
- Any HR projects and initiatives
- Supporting the SLT with the people strategy
Ideal candidates for this will have a proven HR background within a similar role.
