2. Work to pace
3. Focus on academic, central services, and operational staff
4. Lead on campaigns from advert through to offer

Profile

An Interim Recruitment Manager with:

1. Previous experience managing a high volume of campaigns
2. Previous experience recruiting academic staff desirable
3. Able to start immediately
