An Interim Organisational Design Lead to:

1. Undertake an organisation design review
2. Review the current organisation design and structures using data-led methodology
3. Generate the current state of the organisation structures
4. Provide guidance on the new organisation structure, assessing staffing levels and costs
5. Review job families, job titles, and job descriptions
6. Identify size, structure, and recommended cost savings
7. Hands-on role

Profile
An Interim Organisational Design Lead with:

1. Immediate Start
2. Previous experience leading on organisational design review that impacts 1,200 to 2,000 people
3. Previous experience within the private sector is essential
