The role will be focusing on all data and reporting (including but not limited to ESG, Gender Pay Gap reporting, holiday, absence reporting etc). You will be responsible for the data migration, decommissioning of any systems, training and getting the reports to the board. This role will involve the implementation of a new HRIS system, and HR Ticketing system.

Client Details: A private equity backed business within property and real estate with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Description:

  • Implementing the HRIS system
  • Implementing an HR ticketing system
  • All HR Reporting, use of Power BI - reporting this to the Board
  • Data Migration, and decommissioning of other systems

Profile:

  • Experience implementing an HRIS system end to end
  • Very comfortable with HR reporting and people analytics
  • Proficient user of Power Bi is desirable
