Employee Relations Manager Sutton Coldfield Hybrid working model Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support a UK wide organisation with the appointment of an Employee Relations Manager to join a busy HR function based in the Sutton Coldfield Head Office. This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days home per week. Description Reporting to the People Director, the role of Employee Relations Manager will manage a small ER team of Advisors and take full responsibility for high volume employee relations matters for this large organisation, this will include low level to complex matters and employment tribunals when necessary. Duties will include but not limited to: Manage the team of ER Advisors to ensure a high-quality services to the organisation Manage your own caseload of complex cases including any ET cases Review data, KPIs and trends to offer recommendations to the leadership team Support the organisation by upskilling managers to deal with people matters and ER cases more effectivelyProfile Critically, applicants will have a proven background within a similar employee relations focused role. In addition, you will also have previous staff management experience and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Job Offer Up to £50,000 Hybrid working – 3 days office and 2 home per week
