An exciting opportunity for two Certification Engineers in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry in the Liverpool / Ellesmere Port area. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid grounding in Engineering documentation.

The client is a prominent player in the specialist manufacturing sector, with a large facility in the Liverpool area. They are a well-known local employer renowned for its commitment to innovation and quality.

As a Certification Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Requirements Reviews and supporting with Risk Analysis and safety assessments
  • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) documentation
  • Availability Reliability and Maintainability (ARM) documentation
  • Supportability Analysis Plans and Case Reports
  • Reliability Centred Maintenance Plans and Case Reports
  • Integrated Logistics Support Plans and Case Reports
  • Customer/Process Data Management
  • Supporting Engineering and Design documentation activities in various projects (mainly aero and defence)
  • Creating and reviewing documents associated with fulfilling customer, regulatory, and internal requirements

The successful Certification Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector
  • A degree level qualification and/or demonstrable industry experience at a suitable level to support Customer Documentation requirements for various projects
  • Experience of CDRL preparation and review
  • Completed formal reviews of regulatory and customer requirements and an understanding of compliance to AS9100 documentation requirements
  • Suitability for Security Clearance
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders
  • Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

A minimum 6 month contract, starting as soon as possible. Based at the manufacturing site near Liverpool and Ellesmere Port. A diverse role with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
