Use your financial expertise to support an organisation delivering vital services to thousands of individuals across the local community.

- Key Duties
- Lead the day‑to‑day finance function and provide financial leadership to the organisation.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee payroll, pensions, cash flow management and financial controls.
- Support strategic planning through the provision of accurate financial insight and analysis.
- Review and improve financial systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, governance standards and internal controls.
- Build effective relationships with senior leadership, trustees and non‑finance stakeholders.
- Support and develop finance team members while fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
- Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role.
- Strong background in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Experience overseeing payroll, pensions and financial governance.
- Proficiency with financial systems, ideally including Xero.
- Demonstrable success in improving processes, strengthening controls and driving operational efficiencies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
