- Description
- Leading monthly and annual group consolidations across multiple entities.
- Preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Managing intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
- Supporting board reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Owning group cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Managing treasury activities, including foreign exchange and banking relationships.
- Coordinating corporation tax and other compliance submissions with external advisers.
- Maintaining robust financial controls, governance frameworks and audit processes.
- Acting as the key contact for external auditors.
- Producing technical accounting papers and supporting financial control reviews.
- Line managing one team member.
- Supporting senior leadership with analysis, insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise and experience operating within a group reporting environment, available to start in September or October.
