Description
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and performance commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Maintain and develop reporting, cash flow, and forecasting models.
- Analyse sales pipeline, revenue trends, and business performance metrics.
- Produce reporting for senior leadership, investors, and lenders.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality initiatives.
Profile
- Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- Studying towards, or intending to study, ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in understanding the commercial drivers behind business performance.
