The role of the Finance Manager is critical in the success of the financial reporting and transactional reporting of this Not for Profit organisation
The role will include;
- Management of a small team covering production of the month end, year end and some transactional services.
- oversee the statutory reporting requirements
- Act as the technical Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders.
- develop better processes and controls across finance
- Manage ad hoc projects as they arise
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience staff management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
