- Description
- Lead and deliver accounting advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
- Provide technical accounting advice under UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Support corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and fundraising activity.
- Prepare and review financial reporting papers, accounting position papers and technical assessments.
- Advise clients on complex accounting matters arising from business change, restructuring and transaction activity.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring delivery to budget and timescales.
- Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
- Previous experience within accounting advisory, transaction services or a technical accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project delivery.
