Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within the retail industry.
