Job Description
Head of Finance – Payments House , financial services
PCF-11 approval
Based in Dublin (hybrid working: office/home). Ideally, the candidate should spend as much time as possible in the office to support building activities.
Own good conduct and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including sufficient resourcing, capitalization, compliance with capital adequacy and liquidity requirements, underpinning robust processes, and forecasting.
- Finance Business Partnering, FP&A (cost and revenue performance), commercial support
- Supporting key executive members in business strategy decision-making
- Control environment and liaison with Risk
- External Financial Reporting and Internal
- Tax, Treasury
- Ad hoc projects
- Divisional Team leadership
The Successful Applicant
- Current Head of Finance or Deputy
- Managing a team of +2 direct reports with strong performance management experience
- Comfortable handling C-Suite level stakeholders daily
- Experience within a global matrix structure
- Experience across various finance functions: regulatory reporting, financial reporting, FP&A, tax, etc.
